If there is no fuel pressure, then the pump is not running. It's probably a bad pump, but it pays to check your wiring and relay first. Sometimes wires in the harness to the pump crack and corrode, and then you lose power to it. If you replace the pump, don't buy the cheapest piece of junk you can find, try to get a Delco or Delphi brand pump, they are better that the cheap Chinese ones that flood the market.
