I'm sorry to anyone who is offended by my answer but...you can buy them in the ghetto. That's where everybody went when I was in high school. There are open-air drug markets in the ghetto. Just cruise up to a streetcorner and ask for whatever. Drugs are no problem. I wouldn't try guns--you have to be hard enough to pull off the buy for a gun. Otherwise you'll just get shot and/or robbed.
