Can you take too much vitamin c / garlic for a cold remedy?

Vitamins B and C are water-soluble and will just be filtered out. Watch out with any other vitamins, though (A, D, E, and K), as they are fat-soluble (they stay in the body longer) and as such you can technically overdose on such things. The liquids, rest, and garlic won't hurt you/should help you.
