How do i deal with a gay family member?

last year my brother came out of the closet and i dont really know if i accept him or if i can also him comming out has been great for the in my grade!! but im not here for support on that iv already knocked out 3 kids and broke anothers nose so those 'jokes' they think is funny to make about me is over im just looking for help on how to accept him i feel like we are drifting apart ever since we used to be so close we used to do every thing together...we would go on dates with girls (before he came out) go to wicked parties, snowboard, rollerblade, drive around at 2 in the morning...now that he came out its rare if we say hello to eachother...help me
