Hey future Devil Dog, you are suppose to do your IFT in boot on the first week of receiving. OK i just took my yearly PFT (physical fitness test) yesterday. You need to run 3 miles under 27 min, at least 3 pull ups and 40 crunches in 2 min. But never go for the minimum. For your IFT you have to run 1.5 miles in 13 min. 3 pull ups and 40 crunches in 2 min. I hope this helps and good luck. Don't worry about anything. By the end of boot you will be able to run with no problems.
