Are all these products good from ELF?

I like ELF but check out (google) the 100 palette, I heard it was recalled, to make sure you check it out before you buy. Also elf shadows get a lot of fallout and tend to be messy so be aware of that. Otherwise the list is good. Don't get the pencil liner, I hated it.
