Help explain increased snow as being consistent with Global Warming?

Artic air is still rolling down from the pole. So when that cold air collides with the warm moist air from the ocean the result is snow. In fact the colder it is the more the air condenses and settles in the form of fog so the increase of snow is right in line with global warming. Worse is when that warm moist air collides with the drier summer air. Expect an increase in killer tornadoes this summer.
