How can Bones be a writer?

in the Fox show Bones the main character "Bones" is a writer, and in the fictional world and in the real world her books exist and are advertised, (a clever marketing ploy). But Bones is separated from "normal" human emotion by her intellect. honestly not understanding common interactions of the living, but has an uncanny understanding of the dead. so i have no doubt the she could come up with some very interesting plots but has no way of relating them to me in a way i would want to reed them. her book would most likely be good text books but not fun reads, house with his ogies she is not
