PRICEMAD - New York ?

Can anyone tell me if they have had any success getting their money back from a POS product purchased on line from Pricemad in New York? I purchased a "brand new laptop" only to receive it "refurbished", I was so excited about having one that I let it go. Well, BIG MISTAKE....the laptop is nothing but a POS with nothing but problems. I purchased the warranty plan, they have NO TECH SUPPORT...you have to send your computer to NJ for repair, pay for shipping both ways and it can take 20 to 30 days for you to get your computer back. Calling Pricemad gets you nowhere when you need help with a broken product, but if you want to purchase something they can't help you enough. The illiterate, little witch who answers the phone conveniently disconnects you only to call right back and get an answering machine. Does anyone know of any agency that can help a person get their money back from this flim, flam company before getting a lawyer involved? DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PRICEMAD NO MATTER WHAT....BUYER BEWARE PRICEMAD IS A BAD COMPANY.
