Should I start Vernon Davis vs ATL or Dallas Clark vs Titans in week 5?

I'm thinking about starting Davis since he has a better matchup this week....but also thinking about trading him since I've Clark and they both have a bye week at the same time. What do you think would be good value for Davis? I'd Vincent Jackson of the Chargers but I could use a good RB or WR. Thanx
