Help with my son. I need advice about my sons eating?

My son is 1, and he's fed, lately he won't eat anything, today he had one graham craker and one cheese craker, I made me and omelet thinking he will want some, but he would only take one bite and the rest he would spit out. then for lunch I made him beef stew and grilled cheese, he won't even open his mouth so could give him a taste,and when i got it in he spit it out, I gave up and just gave him a cheese craker and he ate it.I feed about 7 times a day, so i think he should be hungrey, doestn't seem like that much. I'm worried that he's starving, he has been coughing, so maybe his throught hurts? what do you think? and did you go though this?
