Netflix Instant Streaming has stuttering framerate?

Umm... I think at this point in time it would be wise to just buy a new computer. That thing looks quite old. You need a new CPU, but your motherboard is so old that it can't be upgraded to anything reasonable and upgrades aren't cost effective.
