What to do abut my "guy problem" (embaring)?

well when ever i talk to a cute guy i get all nervous. i have thrown up on many guys before. how do i stop puking on them. guys hate me cuz of it. but i have barfed on at least 12 guys. no one likes me now. also, when ever i talk to my crush, i happen to fart all the time and really lowdley. how do i fix this and act like a cool girl
