Im trying to install rainbow six on my pc?

everything went/goes well untill the ubi soft screen, after that it goes black. but if i cont/alt/del and move the mouse around i see the icons at the bottom of the screen and the start menu and everything is flickering and stuff, i can hardly read it. whats happening? is my video card not emough i believe its 128 mb but i think its shared so...64\64 mb? its a msi 9250 radion ati. any help? thanks
